This internal learning study was developed in collaboration with Funkis Multimedia for Volvo Trucks, focusing on how change is experienced, understood, and navigated in everyday work life. The initiative was designed as a reflective learning journey, encouraging dialogue, self-awareness, and personal insight rather than instruction. The visual direction was intentionally warm, calm, and human. By avoiding aggressive or authoritative expressions, the visual system aimed to create a sense of safety and openness, allowing participants to approach change with curiosity, trust, and a feeling of emotional clarity.
